About The Position

As a Senior Product Developer at Epicor, you will play a key role in designing and building innovative software solutions that drive real business impact. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop new features, improve existing products, and ensure our tools meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be responsible for architecting scalable systems, mentoring junior developers, and championing best practices across the codebase. We are seeking applicants with strong problem-solving skills, a passion for innovation, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in full-stack development using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• 4+ years’ experience with front-end libraries such as React.js (preferred), Angular, or Vue
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and REST APIs (e.g., Express, Fastify)
• Solid understanding of SQL, including writing queries and basic migrations
• Familiarity with Docker, Redis, and socket-based communication
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving and team success

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ORMs like Sequelize and state management tools such as Mobx, Redux, or Zustand
• Styling and design experience using SASS or Tailwind
• Familiarity with AWS Lambda and Amazon SQS
• Practical experience with RabbitMQ and real-time data communication tools

• Architect and develop new features in alignment with business goals and technical standards
• Collaborate with product, QA, and development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Evaluate and integrate developer tools and packages to optimize team efficiency
• Mentor junior developers and support their growth through guidance and code reviews
• Promote coding standards and best practices to ensure consistency and maintainability
• Solve complex technical challenges and contribute to scalable, secure, and reusable solutions
• Communicate effectively across teams to ensure clarity and alignment on requirements and deliverables
