JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Executive Director to lead the HR and Employee Experience (EX) data platform strategy within the HR-EX Data Products organization. This leader will define and deliver the next-generation HR data platform—enabling secure, self-service access, high-quality data, strong governance capabilities, and scalable analytics. You will partner with HR-EX leadership, Technology, Workforce Data, Platform Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Data Governance teams to deliver robust platform capabilities in entitlements, catalog/metadata, data quality, lifecycle governance, and usage analytics. This role is critical to modernizing HR’s data ecosystem and empowering data product teams across the function.
