About The Position

As a Senior Product Designer, you will take full ownership of the product design process, shaping how users interact with the platform and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-centric experiences. You will work at the intersection of design, product, and engineering, translating complex problems into intuitive and elegant solutions. This role offers the opportunity to set design standards, define workflows, and lay the foundation for product design practices across the organization. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing UX and UI for software products with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered solutions.
• Proven ability to simplify complex problems and deliver designs that drive business impact and customer value.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders, balancing competing priorities effectively.
• Deep understanding of design best practices, usability principles, and industry standards.
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with engineers to implement designs and navigate technical trade-offs.
• Expertise in user research, including gathering insights, testing, and iterating designs.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively.
• Familiarity with AI tools for design and prototyping to increase efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design simple, intuitive, and high-quality UX and UI solutions for complex problems, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to understand requirements, use cases, and prioritize features effectively.
• Iterate on multiple design options based on stakeholder and user feedback, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering to manage trade-offs and translate designs into actionable specifications.
• Establish and maintain design standards, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions and improve product usability post-release.
• Champion AI-assisted design tools and processes to enhance prototyping and overall design efficiency.
