As a Senior Product Designer, you will drive the design of intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences across our product suite. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to define problems, ideate solutions, and deliver high-quality designs from concept to launch. This opportunity will allow you to:

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design OR Bachelor's Degree in Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant field AND 8+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products or services
• 4+ years experience shipping products, services, or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
• Experience mentoring designers and collaborating in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of user experiences from discovery through delivery, ensuring solutions meet user needs and business goals.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design intent.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to define and deliver solutions.
• Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to and help evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
• Present and advocate for design solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
