About The Position

As a Senior Product Designer, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and the tactical execution that brings that strategy to life. We are leaders in the pharmacy healthcare logistics space, and your role is to create workflow designs that automate the complex decisions that currently bog down pharmacists. By streamlining high-volume workflows, you will empower pharmacists to shift their focus away from logistics and back toward patient care.

Requirements

• 8+ Years of Experience: You have a proven track record in Product Design, ideally within B2B SaaS, healthcare, or logistics.
• Portfolio of Impact: You can demonstrate specific examples where you automated high-volume workflows or designed complex data visualization tools.
• Technical Fluency: You are comfortable talking to engineers and understand how data flows through a system.
• Tool Proficiency: Mastery of modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Industry Interest: A genuine interest in Pharmacy Operations, Healthcare, Logistics, or Supply Chain technology.

Responsibilities

• Innovate High-Volume Workflows: You will design and automate complex workflows that handle hundreds to thousands of daily orders, ensuring VPL remains the gold standard for efficiency.
• Master the Data (Visualization & Insights): You will design sophisticated data visualizations that help our users identify trends, prevent downstream impacts, and make informed decisions at a glance.
• Establish the Design System: You will lead the creation and maintenance of a cohesive design language to reduce user cognitive load and eliminate the inconsistencies that lead to errors in high-stakes environments.
• Execute with Precision: You will translate user needs into clear, actionable wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that serve as the blueprint for our Engineering teams.
• Lead Through Research: You will conduct user interviews and usability testing to validate designs, ensuring we continue to solve the most critical problems for pharmacists and logistics professionals.
• Unblock the Team: You will act as the "glue" between Product and Engineering, ensuring that what we build actually solves the problem and matches the design intent before it reaches a customer.
