About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer - Lifecycle & Growth in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to design and optimize experiences that drive customer engagement, subscription adoption, and long-term retention across a digital marketplace. The Senior Product Designer will focus on subscription and promotional systems, crafting end-to-end journeys that delight users while delivering measurable business impact. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Research, translating insights and experimentation into cohesive, high-quality designs. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment, enjoys problem-solving across multiple touchpoints, and is passionate about creating scalable, user-centered experiences. You will help shape the future of growth initiatives by driving design strategies that influence activation, retention, and overall lifecycle success. Remote collaboration with Eastern Time partners will be an integral part of the role, offering flexibility and cross-disciplinary exposure.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end journey design, multi-step flows, and lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Experience in digital commerce, subscriptions, incentives, audience growth, or monetization-focused initiatives.
  • Fluency in Figma and Google Slides, with the ability to produce high-quality UI and interaction designs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of connecting design decisions to measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to independently drive multiple projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent communication skills: framing problems, articulating trade-offs, and presenting rationale to cross-functional partners.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with marketplaces, e-commerce, or membership/subscription products preferred.
  • Familiarity with generative or AI-assisted design tools and experimentation platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design initiatives for subscription and incentive experiences, from discovery through delivery.
  • Design customer journeys across multiple touchpoints including home, browse, cart, checkout, post-order, email, push, and in-app notifications.
  • Translate insights from research, data science, and experimentation into actionable design solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research teams to align on goals, priorities, and trade-offs.
  • Develop and maintain high-fidelity prototypes and design artifacts consistent with the design system and brand guidelines.
  • Advocate for cohesive, user-centered solutions and mentor team members on design best practices.
  • Continuously refine flows, content hierarchy, and interaction patterns to optimize activation, retention, and long-term engagement.
