Senior Product Designer II
About The Position
We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer II (L9) to lead design for Menu, a core global platform where data managers author, manage, and publish menu items used across POS, ordering, and downstream systems worldwide. This is a high-impact senior IC role responsible for shaping experience strategy and execution across a complex operational system that must scale across brands, markets, and regulatory contexts. You’ll work with autonomy, partner deeply with Product and Engineering, and drive clarity through ambiguity—while remaining hands-on in design delivery. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in systems-heavy, data-rich environments, can independently frame and solve complex problems, and influences outcomes across multiple teams—without needing portfolio-wide or executive-level ownership.
