The Lifestyles Governance and Business Operations team is responsible for leading efforts to shape operational excellence. We partner with teams across the firm, including other Card and Connected Commerce pillars, functional partners, and stakeholders from legal, risk, controls, and compliance to maintain an effective oversight and controls environment in accordance with the Firms standards. As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Lifestyle, you will help translate strategy into action by planning, coordinating, and delivering initiatives that improve customer experience, strengthen controls, and enhance operational performance. A core focus of the role includes leading the investigation, triage, and remediation of statement credit issues and related production incidents, while also contributing to portfolio-level execution, benefits tracking, and continuous improvement. You will partner across product, operations, and technology to ensure timely, accurate outcomes for cardholders and merchants and to implement durable, scalable solutions.
