Deep understanding of designing metrics for SaaS applications (e.g., DAU:MAU, activation, stickiness, etc) and solid statistical analysis skills for A/B testing. A “full-stack mindset”, not hesitating to do what it takes to solve a problem end-to-end, even if it requires going outside the original job description. You’ll have an edge if you have: Familiarity with dbt. Familiarity with one of the data warehouses like Big Query, Snowflake, or Redshift (we use BigQuery). A software engineering mindset and toolkit (e.g., git, testing, code reviews). Experience with surveys (design, creation, maintenance, analysis). Experience with edtech analytics. Requirements: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations and be residents of the United States. Following the offer of employment, all roles will require a background check and a drug and alcohol test. Some positions may require other verifications, such as, driver eligibility and record, credentials or education. All we ask is that you answer a few in-depth questions in our application that would typically be asked at the start of an interview process. This helps speed things up by letting us get to know you and your skillset a bit better right out of the gate. Please be sure to answer each question on the application; we read all submissions.
