About The Position

As a Senior Producer at MobilityWare, you will operate as a leader within the Production discipline, working under the guidance of the Director of Product. You are responsible for driving clarity, accountability, and predictable execution across one or more cross-functional teams. In this role, you will not only facilitate development processes, but also mentor producers, partner closely with Product Owners, Design, Engineering, QA, and Leadership, and help teams consistently deliver high-quality results. You are expected to bring strong judgment, ownership, and influence to your work, identifying risks early, guiding teams through complexity, and helping others succeed.

Requirements

  • 5 years of professional experience working as a Producer or Project Manager (Mobile, Console, PC, Online)
  • Demonstrable experience utilizing bug tracking software & tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Expert ability to track and organize
  • Detail-oriented and process-focused with expect ability to track and organize
  • Scrum certified (CSM – Certified Scrum Master)
  • Game Development experience and a passion for casual mobile games and game players
  • Growth mindset that embraces continuous learning and leveling up others around you
  • Positive attitude with a desire to be a driving force of a friendly, upbeat, and supportive development environment
  • Excitement for the opportunities and challenges of working with multiple teams
  • Problem Solver and self-starter who can take accountability and ownership of projects from start to finish

Responsibilities

  • Act as Scrum Master and operational lead for cross-functional teams, driving clear goals, predictable delivery, and strong execution.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3+ Producers, supporting growth performance.
  • Build and maintain a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
  • Identify and remove blockers, risks, and dependencies to keep teams moving efficiently.
  • Own production workflows and docs, ensuring JIRA reflects clear priorities, scope, and readiness.
  • Manage build submissions and releases, ensuring quality, compliance, and on-time delivery Lead triage processes and partner closely with QA to surface, prioritize, and resolve issues early.
  • Apply best practices in mobile game production, agile planning, and cross-team coordination.
  • Communicate clearly and collaboratively across production and cross-functional teams.
