We are looking for a Senior Producer, Marketing AI & Automation who brings genuine production craft to an ambitious and evolving challenge: how do you build and scale a marketing function â and the digital surfaces it powers â with the speed, consistency, and quality that a growing global platform demands? This is a producer role. You will manage pipelines, orchestrate complex workstreams, coordinate dependencies, and ensure things ship. What makes it different is that your primary production methodology is AI and automation. Where a traditional producer relies on project management frameworks and cross-functional coordination to move work through a system, you build the agents, workflows, and automated infrastructure that make that execution faster, more consistent, and more scalable as the platform grows. Your two core production mandates are distinct but connected. The first is Xsolla Mall â specifically the co-branded page model that allows games, payment partners, creators, and brands to come together in a single, high-conversion marketplace experience. As Mall evolves and its partner page ecosystem expands, your job is to build and operationalize the production infrastructure that supports that growth: templating logic, automated build and QA workflows, launch coordination, and the systems that allow new page configurations to be produced at increasing volume as demand grows. The second mandate is marketing operations across the department â taking a holistic view of how XPN, Lightstream, and Mall marketing functions operate, with Mall as your primary focus, and systematically improving the workflow efficiency and throughput of the team as a whole.
