Senior Procurement Specialist
About The Position
We are hiring a Senior Procurement Specialist for one of our clients to manage material supply within a complex project portfolio. In this role, you will serve as the key interface between engineering and Supply Chain, responsible for creating and managing material requirements, monitoring delivery progress, coordinating with engineering teams, and overseeing shipments to installation sites. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, the ability to quickly understand dynamic situations, and skill in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in procurement, material coordination, or supply chain
- Experience in project-based procurement or large client's portfolios
- Strong ability to connect with many functions and parties
- Structured, proactive, and able to quickly obtain information and use business systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Valid SSG-Entré certificate
Nice To Haves
- Strong written and verbal skills in Swedish (meritorious)
