Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Procurement Agent to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. Position Responsibilities: Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions. Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements. Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions. Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues. Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities. Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes
- 5+ years of experience leading projects from contract award through system requirements review, preliminary design review, critical design review, parts procurement, installation, testing, and delivery
- 5+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.
- 5+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
- Domestic and international travel as needed

- 5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelors degree in a business related field, or equivalent work experience

- Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
- Summary pay range: $102,000 - $138,000
- Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
