About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Process Operator to support safe, efficient manufacturing on second shift. In this role you will operate and maintain production equipment, follow standard procedures, and help ensure product quality and safety. This is an on-site position in the United States with occasional overtime as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma /GED
  • Minimum five years’ experience in Production Operator role
  • Certified in on-the-job training for relevant work areas or demonstrable experience training others
  • Comfortable using computers and basic production software; proficiency with MS Word and Excel is a plus
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform tasks that include standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing as needed.
  • Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment.
  • Able to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and moving equipment.
  • Willingness to work up to 12.5-hour shifts when required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving skills and familiarity with root-cause approaches.
  • Able to learn new procedures quickly and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years minimum GSK experience is preferred
  • Comfortable using computers and basic production software; proficiency with MS Word and Excel is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor production lines for rejects, stoppages, or quality issues and report or escalate concerns promptly.
  • Perform equipment changeovers and set up machines to required specifications, including completing related system tasks.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Train and coach colleagues on standard work and safe practices; help maintain inspection readiness.
  • Use basic production systems and tools to record activities, monitor performance, and identify trends.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to resolve process issues and meet production goals.
