About The Position

In world-class manufacturing, we don't just move product; we engineer precision. We are looking for a high-caliber Process Engineer—a strategic problem-solver who lives at the intersection of data, technology, and people. Borrowing from the best-in-class principles of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), you won't just be "fixing machines." You will be the technical architect of a production system, designing out losses before they occur and building a culture of zero-defect mindsets. If you have mastered the rigors of Lean manufacturing and are ready to own the P&L impact of your technical decisions, this is your stage. As the technical anchor of your production value stream, you will translate high-level business goals into shop-floor reality. Master the Loss Tree: You will own the "Zero Loss" journey. By leveraging Shoplogix and advanced analytics, you'll hunt down chronic losses, categorize them, and execute the 90-day sprints that turn red metrics into green. Architect of Standards: You aren't just following SOPs; you are defining them. You will lead the implementation of Centerlining, SMED, and Autonomous Maintenance (AM) pillars to ensure our "Best Day" becomes our "Every Day." The Coach-Player Hybrid: High-performance CPG requires technical empathy. You will mentor front-line associates, elevating their capability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and own their equipment, effectively scaling your expertise through others. Vertical Start-ups: You will play a lead role in Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) for new innovations, ensuring that R D breakthroughs transition seamlessly into high-speed manufacturing reality.

  • CI and high-performance work systems experience
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities
  • Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment
  • Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems
  • Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools
  • Organized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS process
  • Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data
  • Experience: 3+ years in a high-speed manufacturing environment (Food & Beverage, Pharma, or Beauty preferred) where TPM/Lean isn't just a buzzword, but a way of life.
  • Technical Rigor: You are fluent in the DMAIC roadmap and can navigate a Loss Tree with ease. You don't just find problems; you find the root of the root
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial preferred) or a highly technical Supply Chain degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Leadership DNA: 3+ years of leading people (direct or indirect). You know how to influence a veteran operator and a senior plant manager in the same hour.
  • Digital Fluency: You treat data like a competitive advantage. Proficiency in Power BI, SAP, and Minitab allows you to tell stories with numbers.
  • Certifications: Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training on CI tools and techniques. You will also help departments follow our established daily management system (DMS)
