Responsibilities: Maintains and improves process capabilities using appropriate tools and applicable methodologies Inputs and analyses numerical data to identify patterns and relationships that can be used to develop optimal workflows and processes Reviews Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring systems and uses technology to achieve goals Drives and champions a continuous improvement culture Supports New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to prepare products or processes for launch Ensures that all local, legal and Freudenberg requirements regarding Health, Safety, and Environment are fulfilled Supports the creation of training documents and delivers training Mentors Apprentices and Technicians to increase individual and team understanding and capability Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing, or related field required). 5+ years of process engineering experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or high‑precision production environment. Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and applying structured problem‑solving methodologies. Demonstrated experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and transitioning products from development to production. Strong proficiency with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Power BI, Excel—advanced functions). Ability to evaluate and interpret numerical and performance data to identify trends, correlations, and process optimization opportunities. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement frameworks; certification (Green/Black Belt) preferred. Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing, or related field required).
  • 5+ years of process engineering experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or high‑precision production environment.
