Role Overview The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness in operations by identifying process improvements, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall organizational performance. This role works collaboratively across functions and with senior leadership to ensure that processes align with strategic objectives and deliver value to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Requires 5+ years in a related field such as process or business analysis
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various systems
  • Experience in creating operational KPIs by identifying business drivers
  • Proven success in developing business cases for process improvement and software solutions
  • Experience in reengineering business processes to enhance the client experience
  • Creating capacity modeling to determine headcount requirements
  • Proficiency in areas such as process mapping (e.g., BPMN, Lucidchart,Viso), improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma), data analysis tools(e.g., Excel, Minitab, Power BI), and project management (e.g., Agile).
  • Includes strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities, along with organizational and time-management skills.
  • A bachelor's degree and or equivalent experience
  • Lean certification. Black belt preferred

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and improving processes to identify inefficiencies and streamline operations, often applying methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.
  • Leading process mapping and documentation efforts, including creating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Utilizing data analysis and tools to evaluate process changes, monitor KPIs, and support decisions.
  • Leading and executing continuous improvement projects and facilitating change management, including providing training.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and leadership to gather requirements, analyze data, communicate findings, through business cases, and implement changes.
  • Ability to train others on lean methodologies.
