As a Senior Process Engineer, you’ll join a dynamic team committed to strengthening the world’s energy systems to make them more resilient, efficient, and reliable. Based at our global headquarters in Houston, TX, the Senior Process Engineer will lead process optimization projects, drive defect reduction, and support scaling and documentation of critical process steps.

Requirements

Master’s degree in engineering or related field
4 years of process or manufacturing experience
An advanced degree may be substituted for required experience on a year-for-year basis, depending on relevance and level
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Rigorous data-driven approach to analyzing engineering trials as well as production data
Able to lead technical projects with minimal supervision
Clear communicator with a quality-first mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience leading Kaizen or lean events
Familiarity with Six Sigma, statistical analysis, or automation tools

Responsibilities

Leads development and improvement of manufacturing processes
Designs and executes experiments to optimize process capability and control
Troubleshoots complex issues and implements long-term corrective actions
Owns projects from problem definition through validation
Defines timelines, deliverables, and success metrics for improvement initiatives
Partners with engineering and production teams for smooth implementation
Ensures process documentation meets quality and regulatory standards
Reviews and updates control plans and process failure mode effects analyses (PFMEAs)
Mentors junior engineers and supports technical development of team
Other duties as assigned
