About The Position

Process Efficiency: Streamline, automate and integrate firmwide planning and reporting, in support of a fast-paced, high-performing team Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving: Analyze existing processes and data to identify areas for improvement. Identify opportunities to optimize operating models and organizational structures Perform detailed data analysis to support initiatives and generate strategic insights Develop clear, concise, and impactful presentations and executive-level documents to effectively communicate complex concepts Develop and maintain rigorous project plans and manage tactical project needs, managing across resource, time and relationships Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, validate findings, and support the implementation and adoption of recommendations and solutions

Requirements

• 3 - 6 years of experience within financial institutions or as a consultant serving the financial services industry.
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university in a STEM, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or another analytical discipline, with a strong academic record.
• Proven ability to conduct detailed analysis, identify issues, and contribute to developing practical solutions
• Adept at creating clear and impactful presentations using PowerPoint to convey information.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel for complex data manipulation, analysis, and basic financial modeling.

Nice To Haves

• Financial Planning & Analysis experience is a plus.
• An advanced degree is a plus.
