About The Position

Process Efficiency: Streamline, automate and integrate firmwide planning and reporting, in support of a fast-paced, high-performing team Process Re-engineering & Optimization: Structure and drive analytical plans, translating complex problems into actionable solutions by identifying, sizing, prioritizing opportunities and developing detailed implementation roadmaps Lead the analysis of complex data and processes, synthesize clear findings, and design optimal business, operating, and governance models Plan, lead, and manage all phases of complex engagements, ensuring robust project execution, risk mitigation, and timely delivery Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, securing their engagement and ensuring the successful adoption of recommendations and solutions

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience within financial institutions or serving financial institutions as a consultant.
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university in a STEM, business, finance, economics, accounting, or other analytical field with outstanding academic record
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to influence and engage senior stakeholders effectively through clear, concise, and compelling narratives
• Proven track record of high performance and significant achievements in previous roles, consistently delivering impactful results
• Possess a bold, curious, and determined approach, driven by a desire for continuous improvement and excellence
• A strong team player, capable of fostering collaboration and contributing positively to a dynamic team environment
• Proficient in program and project management methodologies, with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to successful execution
• Ability to act as a challenger and catalyst, fostering innovative thinking and driving positive disruption during all engagement interactions

Nice To Haves

• Financial Planning & Analysis experience is a plus.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred
