Join us as a dynamic Senior Process Engineer to revolutionize our clinical production processes and build out workflows for our team of medical imaging analysts. In this pivotal role, you'll develop key operational metrics, design seamless workflows, and foster team and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work hand-in-hand with our talented 3D CT analysts, as well as our Clinical QA, Software QA, and Product Management teams to propel our clinical operations to new heights as we rapidly scale and commercialize. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in process engineering or an operational optimization role with software-as-a-medical-device (SaMD) or medical imaging products.
- Lean and/or Six Sigma experience.
- Strong eye for optimization and a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and compliance.
