Hold a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline Minimum of 5 years of experience in process development or improvement Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude Apply Six Sigma tools such as DOE and structured problem-solving Collaborate across functions in technically complex environments Develop equipment and fixtures from concept through to production Communicate effectively and manage time to meet project deadlines Remain open to occasional travel up to 20% Develop and implement innovative process and product solutions Understand DFM, design control, quality systems, and product development (PLCP) Experience with medical device design and new product development Experience assembling electromechanical medical devices Experience working with contract manufacturers and/or material suppliers. Experience with pressure and positive displacement adhesive dispense systems Screen / Stencil printing Experience with Non-Newtonian Fluids Optical adhesives and application Thin/thick film measurements Fixture/Jig/Automation development for precision assemblies Hydrogel characterization, deposition, and formation Solution-cast micro-molding experience Film adhesive formation and evaluation
