About The Position

The Senior Process Analyst shall be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing IT processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. This individual will play a critical part in driving operational efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement across IT services. The Process Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and implement scalable and sustainable IT processes, with a strong focus on ITIL and ITSM frameworks. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred; however, candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in service management, process design, or enterprise architecture. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience, education, certification, and demonstrated proficiency in a similar or related role will also be considered.
  • Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM principles and process lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Ability to map, model, and optimize complex IT processes.
  • Proficiency with process modeling tools (eg Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS)
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly language.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • ITIL Foundation certification strongly preferred, ITIL Intermediate, Expert Lean Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional certifications preferred.
