Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-level process engineering design with a focus on ethylene furnaces.
• Support engineering activities within proposals, studies, project execution, and operations.
• Coordinate execution of Detailed Engineering Packages.
• Ensure all engineering deliverables are fully compliant with design and engineering standards, procedures, schedules, and budget.
• Analyze project specifications requirements.
• Analyze, develop, and deliver proposal requirements and technical studies.
• Assist in the development of design parameters and methodologies.
• Prepare safe, environmentally friendly, cost and time effective engineering analysis.
• Recommend solutions to complex engineering issues.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to support project activities, from concept engineering stage to start-up.
• Assist in the development of a process knowledge databases for studies, projects, and/or operations (capturing and reporting relevant events and experiences, with explanatory technical notes).
• Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up events, as necessary.
• Provide technical support, direction, and mentorship to junior process engineers.
