The Integration & Test (I&T) Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the successful integration and test of the software and hardware components that make up the Digital Infrastructure Processing Node products. The I&T Team Lead executes the Product Owner role for the I&T team including managing the backlog. The I&T Team Lead understands the mission requirements and ensures that the DIPN products meet those requirements. The I&T Team Lead coordinates directly with many different customer teams, the program leadership team, and other team leads to ensure team availability and coverage of different product test events and delivery schedules. The I&T Team Lead drives process improvement through Test Automation.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
  • Successful track record with running multiple diagnostic tests and quality checks to locate malfunctions and inconsistencies
  • Deep understanding of manual and automated testing operations on software
  • Experience working in Jira
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with USAF Developmental Testing and/or Operational Testing
  • Familiarity with testing hardware components at a high level
  • Familiarity with one or more automated software testing frameworks
  • Experience with test automation
  • Experience writing test reports
  • Experience working in an Agile Environment
  • Mentorship experience
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
