Data & Intelligence Go-to-Market Retail/CPG Portfolio Leader - Senior Principal - Seattle Please note: This role is not eligible for 100% remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Seattle office and must be willing to be onsite at the client and/or Slalom office when needed. This role could require travel to support the region between 10-25%. This position reports to the Regional Capability Lead and is based in Seattle, WA supporting the PNW (Seattle, Portland) region, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving Data and Intelligence sales and fostering customer-centric go-to-market strategies. As the Data & Intelligence Go-to-Market Lead for PNW, you will be responsible for building a high-performing go-to-market team and function while owning the growth strategy for Slalom's data and intelligence offerings. You'll cultivate an inclusive, entrepreneurial team culture that attracts and retains top talent in data and AI, and position Slalom as a trusted innovation partner across the PNW region. In this uniquely positioned leadership role, you'll tailor and scale our national vision into a local force—where innovation, execution, and business relevance converge.
