Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Leankor Architect Leankor Architect is responsible for leading enterprise-level implementation, architecture design, and strategic transformation initiatives using the Leankor platform. This role partners with executive stakeholders to design scalable project portfolio management (PPM), resource management, and financial governance solutions aligned with organizational transformation goals. The role combines enterprise architecture expertise, consulting leadership, and hands-on solution design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
  • Progressive experience in sourcing/procurement, with managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier management.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or similar).
  • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed (up to 15%).
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Solution Architecture Lead end-to-end architecture design for Leankor implementations across programs and portfolios.
  • Define scalable PPM frameworks including project lifecycle, resource capacity planning, and financial tracking.
  • Design integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, HRMS, SAP, CRM, Data Platforms).
  • Establish governance models, security architecture, and role-based access controls.
  • Ensure system scalability, performance optimization, and data integrity.
  • Strategic Consulting & Advisory Act as trusted advisor to CIOs, PMO Heads, and Transformation Leaders.
  • Translate business strategy into platform architecture and roadmap.
  • Lead discovery workshops, maturity assessments, and transformation blueprints.
  • Recommend best practices for Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall governance within Leankor.
  • Implementation Leadership Own solution blueprint, configuration strategy, and data migration design.
  • Provide oversight on environment setup, workflows, automation, and reporting.
  • Guide configuration of: o Portfolio structures o Demand intake workflows o Financial tracking models o Resource forecasting o Custom dashboards and analytics Ensure alignment with SDLC and enterprise standards.
  • Integration & Data Strategy Define API-based integrations with systems such as: o ERP (SAP/Oracle) o HR systems (Workday) o BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) Architect data models for portfolio reporting and executive dashboards.
  • Ensure master data governance and audit readiness.
  • Stakeholder & Executive Communication Present architecture strategy and transformation roadmap to SteerCo and executive leadership.
  • Lead governance forums and solution reviews.
  • Manage risk mitigation strategies and architectural decisions.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship Mentor solution architects, consultants, and configuration teams.
  • Establish architecture standards and reusable design patterns.
  • Drive knowledge transfer and documentation excellence.
