Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Enterprise Architect-ISM Responsibilities An Enterprise Architect - ISM ensures that IT strategy, systems, and technology platforms are aligned with business objectives, governance standards, and long-term digital transformation goals.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman)
  • Deep understanding of cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)
  • Enterprise integration patterns
  • Governance & compliance expertise
  • Strategic thinking + executive communication
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Progressive experience in sourcing/procurement, with managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier management.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar complex environment is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or similar).
  • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed (up to 15%).

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Architecture & IT Vision Define and maintain enterprise architecture (EA) roadmap
  • Align IT strategy with business transformation initiatives
  • Establish technology standards, principles, and reference architectures
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for enterprise adoption
  • Drive modernization and rationalization of legacy systems
  • Business & Application Architecture Translate business capabilities into technology solutions
  • Define target-state architecture across applications and platforms
  • Oversee system integration strategy (ERP, CRM, SCM, etc.)
  • Ensure application portfolio optimization and lifecycle management
  • Review solution designs for architectural compliance
  • Infrastructure & Cloud Strategy Define cloud strategy (Hybrid, Public, Private)
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and resilience of platforms
  • Lead infrastructure modernization (data centers → cloud)
  • Define standards for networking, storage, and compute
  • Data & Integration Architecture Establish enterprise data governance and data models
  • Define integration standards (API-first, middleware, ESB)
  • Ensure interoperability across systems
  • Enable analytics and BI architecture enablement
  • Security, Risk & Compliance Align architecture with cybersecurity standards
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
  • Conduct architecture risk assessments
  • Embed security-by-design principles
  • Governance & Architecture Review Chair Architecture Review Board (ARB)
  • Approve high-level solution designs
  • Maintain architecture repository and documentation
  • Define KPIs for architecture maturity
  • Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement Partner with CIO, IT leaders, and business stakeholders
  • Provide executive-level architectural guidance
  • Support investment decisions & technology cost optimization
  • Mentor solution architects and technical leads
  • Transformation & Innovation Lead digital transformation programs
  • Drive automation, AI, and modernization initiatives
  • Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
  • Support M&A system integration strategy
