Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Enterprise Active Directory engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in: Multi-domain AD environments
• Deep expertise in: GPO management
• Deep expertise in: Directory recovery and service restoration
• Deep expertise in: Identity architecture and health assessments
• Experience working in regulated environments.

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft Enterprise-level certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced AD engineering support and escalation handling.
• Lead directory recovery and continuity efforts.
• Support enterprise IAM-related outages and critical incidents.
• Provide audit and compliance support related to directory services.
• Support policy and standards alignment for AD services.
