About The Position

As the Senior Pricing Analyst, you will work directly alongside the Chief Transformation Officer, serving as a strategic thought partner in shaping and optimizing our commercial strategy. Your work will influence enterprise-wide decision-making, modernize pricing capabilities, and drive measurable impact across revenue, margin, and market positioning. In this high-visibility role, you will: Lead complex pricing strategy initiatives that directly support transformational business priorities Build and refine sophisticated pricing models that unlock profitability and sustainable growth Translate data into executive-ready insights that inform high-stakes decisions Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT to align pricing with enterprise objectives Design and implement automated, data-driven pricing tools and intelligent workflows that scale with the business Own customer rate reviews and pricing governance to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and strategic alignment We’re seeking a strategic thinker with strong analytical horsepower, commercial acumen, and executive presence — someone who can confidently present insights at the leadership level, challenge assumptions, and help architect the next generation of pricing strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, revenue management, or a similar quantitative field.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience building or improving pricing models.
  • Strong collaboration skills, especially with technical/IT teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and confidently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in industrial or electrical services industry.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM or CPQ systems.
  • Prior responsibility for customer-facing pricing or rate review activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, refinement, and optimization of pricing frameworks that drive both strategic growth initiatives and day-to-day commercial decisions.
  • Synthesize historical performance data, market dynamics, cost structures, and competitive intelligence to deliver actionable pricing recommendations that strengthen margin and market position.
  • Serve as a trusted pricing advisor to Sales, Finance, Operations, and executive leadership — translating complex analytics into clear, business-focused guidance.
  • Design and execute advanced scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to quantify financial risk, forecast outcomes, and support high-impact decision-making.
  • Shape negotiation strategy by identifying margin expansion opportunities and ensuring pricing alignment with contractual structures and long-term value creation.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Account Management to articulate pricing rationale with clarity and confidence, equipping customer-facing teams with data-driven insights that strengthen client conversations and close outcomes.
  • Partner with IT to architect and enhance scalable pricing systems, automated workflows, and executive dashboards that power smarter commercial decisions.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actively support the design, testing, and implementation of pricing tools and data solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of pricing infrastructure by ensuring data accuracy, model integrity, and long-term system scalability to support business growth.
  • Own and lead customer rate review cycles end-to-end — delivering clear, data-driven analysis, cost-to-serve insights, and strategic pricing recommendations that protect and expand margin.
  • Shape negotiation strategy by identifying margin optimization opportunities and ensuring alignment with contractual frameworks, service commitments, and long-term account strategy.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Account Management to clearly articulate pricing rationale, equip teams with defensible data, and strengthen customer conversations that drive sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Act as the organization’s go-to expert for pricing strategy and analytics, influencing decisions across Sales, Finance, Operations, and executive leadership.
  • Enable commercial teams by training stakeholders on pricing tools, frameworks, and best practices — driving alignment, consistency, and smarter decision-making.
  • Continuously elevate pricing capabilities by improving processes, strengthening governance, and enhancing analytical rigor across the business.
  • Collaborate with the Estimating team to provide actionable pricing insights and trend analysis that improve quote accuracy and protect margin.
  • Lead Pricing Committee meetings by preparing executive-ready materials, facilitating strategic discussions, and driving alignment on key commercial decisions.
