As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll be a key partner to our B2B customers - helping them understand how Shure’s industry‑leading technology can solve real‑world challenges. You’ll create demand by proactively engaging prospects, uncovering needs, and proposing smart, tailored AV/IT solutions that elevate the customer experience. You’ll use your technical insight to engage customers early, understand their challenges, and recommend the best path forward with Shure solutions. We’re looking for someone who communicates with confidence, understands AV/IT systems deeply, and thrives in a consultative, relationship‑driven environment.
