Arm is establishing teams to develop new and best-in-class silicon platforms, addressing markets such as premium mobile, compute, IoT, AI/ML server, and automotive. Arm's ambition is to demonstrate efficient performance by architecting, implementing, and fabricating pioneering silicon using the latest SoC process nodes and packaging technologies. Join a highly focused team where we analyze and optimize the performance per watt of our next generation solutions using innovative technologies, methodologies, and tools. This will involve simulation, emulation, modeling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in design, verification, architecture, SW, and pre and post silicon test. You will build and innovate new processes along the way. We want your talents applied not only to ensuring customer requirements in PPA are measured and analyzed but also understood and creatively exceeded. This includes: Developing scalable power models for IPs and SOCs Creating and maintaining the tooling and automation for use-case power and perf/watt estimation and architecture exploration

Requirements

  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++
  • System-level power modeling and performance/power trade-offs
  • Experience with low-power architecture, power optimization, and power management
  • Proven track record working with data-driven modeling frameworks
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Knowledge of database design and management (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Familiarity with power estimation and analysis tools (e.g., PowerArtist, PrimePower, PowerPro, Joules)
  • Background in machine learning or data analytics for modeling and prediction
  • Knowledge of hardware/software co-design, system modeling, or architecture exploration
