About The Position

The Senior Portfolio Analyst will serve as a key member of a Private Advisor team, responsible for research, execution, monitor and track investment strategies in our proprietary investment portfolios. This individual will leverage extensive experience to provide thought leadership, portfolio construction guidance, and strategic direction, ensuring alignment with portfolio objectives and market opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of the macro-economic view, fundamental and technical equity research, as well as the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; CFA, CIMA, CPM or advanced designation preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in investment strategy, portfolio management, or related roles.
• Series 7 & 66 required
• Strong knowledge of asset allocation, manager/security selection, and market research.
• Proven ability to synthesize macroeconomic research into actionable investment recommendations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized investment strategies for team portfolios.
• Conduct macroeconomic and market research to inform asset allocation decisions.
• Evaluate and recommend equity sector allocation and security selection across public markets.
• Lead portfolio construction discussions and oversee implementation of investment plans.
• Partner with advisors to deliver client presentations and participate in investment committee meetings.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and propose adjustments as needed.
• Stay current on market trends, market dislocation, and emerging opportunities.
