Your impact We're seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our West Region team. You'll have the opportunity to use your vast experience in the industry and apply it to solving today's challenges. As part of our team, you'll have the chance to work on projects that bring innovative solutions to our clients' challenges locally and worldwide by providing a range of professional services. You'll be responsible for providing and leading system design project efforts and other related design services including coordination with the designs of other trades (architectural and engineering) in conjunction with other professional members of our technical staff. Collaborating with a team of designers and engineers, you'll help us engage with clients and subcontractors, designing some of the world's most advanced facilities. You'll design and draft plumbing systems for construction, including domestic water, storm, sanitary, natural gas, compressed air, vacuum, and other specialty plumbing systems. Your role keeps our company connected and we'll support you with what you need to be successful. We'll look to you to take ownership of the overall completeness, accuracy and timeliness of projects assigned to you, as you collaborate with our dynamic teams of professionals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a corporate engineering environment
  • Proficiency in Revit, 3D CADD
  • Professional Engineer's License (PE)

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Previous MEP design firm experience
  • Certified in Plumbing Design (CPD)
  • Green Plumbing Design (GPD) certification
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
  • Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
