About The Position

Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code for cloud-hosted game services and websites, with a specific focus on improving security across our portfolio. Develop effective and reusable monitoring and alerting to achieve high availability. Design and implement processes to securely maintain and update infrastructure across our portfolio. Collaborate with the team to address security incidents and initiative-driven change requests as they arise. Troubleshoot and resolve service, website, and infrastructure failures. Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
• Proven experience developing and operating Kubernetes clusters and applications deployed on them
• Experience with a cloud computing environment (Azure or others)
• Experience with Terraform or comparable IaC tools
• Operational experience with an observability stack, preferably Prometheus and Grafana
• Development experience with CI/CD pipeline (Azure DevOps or others)
• Development experience with ASP.NET Core service, Go/Python, and Kusto Query Language
• Understanding and experience with operating REST services
• Demonstrable experience creating or contributing to Helm charts
• Website development and/or operations experience, especially with PHP/WordPress/Apache

• History of game development experience or a passion for online gaming
