The Senior Personnel Analyst provides analytical and administrative support for processing senior leadership assignments coming into MARCENT. This position ensures new personnel are properly integrated into the command, with assignment documentation and planning aligned to mission needs. The analyst coordinates assignment requirements with leadership, analyzes manpower to validate staffing levels, and advises on integration processes, career progression, and compliance with personnel policies. By combining HR expertise with operational awareness, the role ensures effective integration of inbound staff into MARCENT’s mission. THIS EMPLOYMENT IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD
