About The Position

We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Performance Marketer to drive high-impact user acquisition campaigns and scale growth across multiple paid channels. In this hands-on role, you will lead strategy, execution, and optimization for campaigns with aggressive growth targets, while testing and scaling new channels. You will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to refine funnels, creatives, and landing pages based on data-driven insights. The position offers the chance to influence both the tactical execution and strategic direction of campaigns reaching millions of users. This role is ideal for marketers who are analytical, creative, and passionate about driving measurable growth.

Requirements

  • 4–10+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
  • Proven track record of full ownership of campaign execution, optimization, and results.
  • Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, Google Ads, or other digital ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with fluency in GA4, Voluum, and tracking/reporting dashboards.
  • Creative instincts to write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate on high-performing creatives.
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels.
  • Goal-oriented, ownership-driven, and able to balance execution, strategy, and fast iteration.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English.
  • Comfortable advertising products in NSFW or uncensored contexts, with sensitivity to regulated verticals a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of paid acquisition channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms, with potential to expand scope based on performance.
  • Build and optimize scalable acquisition funnels, from campaign execution to iterative improvement, targeting high ROI and sustainable growth.
  • Run high-velocity testing loops on creatives, audiences, and placements to improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily using GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards, analyzing data to drive strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Collaborate with content and product teams to develop and iterate on high-converting landing pages and creative assets.
  • Build partnerships with traffic sources, negotiate placements and custom deals, and explore new acquisition opportunities.
  • Implement automation, SOPs, and internal tools to streamline acquisition workflows and scale campaigns efficiently.
