About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Field Marketer to own and execute Definely’s US field marketing strategy. This role blends field marketing, campaign execution, and content creation, supporting demand generation, sales enablement, and brand growth in the US market. You’ll be responsible for bringing campaigns to life in-market, executing integrated programs across events, content, email, and sales alignment, while also creating high-quality content tailored to legal audiences. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning strategy into action and building scalable marketing programs.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing roles
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS sales teams, ideally in legal tech, enterprise software, or professional services
  • Proven track record of running high-impact events and regional marketing programs
  • Strong sales partnership mindset — you understand how marketing supports revenue
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives at once
  • Analytical approach with experience measuring and reporting on marketing impact
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working remotely with a globally distributed team

Nice To Haves

  • Have experience marketing to law firms or in-house legal teams
  • Are familiar with ABM tools and CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Have experience building field marketing programs in a scaling company

Responsibilities

  • Execute Definely’s US field marketing strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue goals
  • Plan and deliver in-person and virtual events, including conferences, dinners, breakfasts, roundtables, roadshows, and webinars
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns in-market, translating strategy into programs across events, content, email, digital and sales enablement
  • Partner closely with Sales to support regional priorities, key accounts, and opportunity-driven initiatives through ABM
  • Create and adapt content to support campaigns and field programs, including event copy, sales collateral, case studies, and thought leadership
  • Localize and refine global messaging for the US legal market, ensuring clarity and consistency
  • Manage end-to-end execution of programs, including timelines, budgets, promotion, and follow-up
  • Build relationships with industry partners, associations, and legal communities
  • Track, measure, and report on program and campaign performance, including pipeline impact and ROI
