Job Summary: Responsible for managing the complexity of Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE), including developing criteria for OPPE/FPPE, developing quality measures, setting up education and communication with physician chiefs and chairs. Managing the activities related to OPPE, FPPE structures and processes. Sr. Quality Data Analyst is responsible for working with multiple complex databases to manage and produce reports and dashboards for Virtua/OPPE/FPPE. This position will also have considerable responsibilities for communicating the status Of OPPE/FPPE to regulatory agencies such as The Joint Commission. This position is responsible for the analysis, validation, and reporting of data that is maintained within the Department of Quality, Safety and Performance Improvement. This position acts as a lead in researching data integrity issues, assisting in the implementation of new systems, and facilitating the optimization of current systems. As part of a team, this role also functions in a backup capacity for the maintenance and upkeep of various clinical data systems.
