The Senior Performance Improvement Specialist is responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing quality, process, and performance improvement projects across the organization. Core focus areas including driving performance in the Managed Care Incentive Payment (MCIP) Program, LCMC Health Strategic Plan initiatives, and System Service Line Quality. Leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies, the Specialist identifies process defects, analyzes operational and clinical data, and facilitates the development of actionable solutions that drive measurable and sustainable results. The role collaborates with leaders, physicians, and frontline staff to ensure improvement efforts are aligned with strategic priorities.
