About The Position

We are currently seeking a Senior Performance Analyst to join the Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) Finance team. This role plays a critical part in delivering timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights that support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. This role has a hybrid schedule with 3 days a week presence in the Schaumburg Headquarters. As a key financial partner, you will collaborate across segments and leadership to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives. This role will support budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. In addition, it will support ad hoc requests, projects and cross-train with other members of the team. The ideal candidate will have intermediate experience in Excel and PowerPoint and a strong understanding of finance and a P&L statement. Other skills include good communication (both written and verbal) and critical thinking with an analytical mindset.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance areaOR
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance areaOR
Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area
intermediate experience in Excel and PowerPoint
strong understanding of finance and a P&L statement
good communication (both written and verbal)
critical thinking with an analytical mindset
