Now, we’re looking for a Senior People Operations / Human Resources Consultant to join our high-caliber team of advisors. This is your chance to partner with leaders across diverse industries, solve complex challenges, and design impactful people strategies that move the needle.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
8+ years in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role.
Experience across multiple industries.
Comfort in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
High integrity, discretion, and client-service mindset.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders and HR teams across multiple clients.
Recommend, lead, and execute HR initiatives — from strategic workforce planning to hands-on employee relations.
Conduct HR assessments, identify gaps, and design best-in-class programs to close them.
Lead initiatives in benefits design , HRIS selection/implementation , performance management , and employee communications .
Provide executive coaching, guide change management, and ensure compliance (FMLA, leave management, etc.).
Build relationships in the market to grow vcfo’s presence and client base.
