About The Position

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our People Experience Team in the US, covering maternity leave for 9-12 months starting early March 2026. This role will be critical in supporting the global People team in delivering an effective and positive employee experience through administration support across the US, defining and streamlining HR processes and ensuring we work in a compliant and systematic manner. Requirements

  • SHRM Certified Professional.
  • Previous experience working in an HR Generalist administration role.
  • FMLA knowledge is essential.
  • Working knowledge of the policy, regulation, and law relevant to work in the US and how to ensure people practices are compliant, knowledge of California and New York is highly desirable.
  • US Benefits knowledge - enough to be the go-between for the employee and provider.
  • An understanding of HR Systems including data extraction and manipulation.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team, influence a range of stakeholders and model what a positive culture looks and feels like.

Responsibilities

  • HR Administration including FMLA.
  • People Experience mailbox management and being the first point of call for all US HR queries.
  • Systems and Data Management with involvement in various upcoming projects including the implementation of new payroll, ATS and workforce planning platforms.
  • Policy Development.
