About The Position

At Prenuvo, we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive “sick-care” to proactive health care. We’re looking for a Senior P&C Generalist to provide dedicated support to our Senior P&C Business Partners. This role will help ensure seamless delivery of people programs and processes across both our Commercial (Sales, Growth, Marketing) and Prenuvo Clinics functions. You’ll report directly to one Senior P&C Business Partner, with a dotted line to the other Sr. P&C BPs, acting as an enabler behind the scenes. You will act as an operational extension of the P&C BP. Preference will be given to candidates located in the United States within the Central (CDT) or Eastern (EST) time zones to support effective team collaboration. Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR/P&C experience, ideally in health‑tech, life sciences, or commercial organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and compliance across the USA and Canada.
  • Experience supporting P&C Business Partners or senior P&C leaders in complex, multi‑function environments.
  • Analytical ability to optimize reports, aggregate data, and provide suggestions
  • Ability to balance tactical P&C operations with strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational skills that drive your communication, collaboration, and how you present insights
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Senior P&C Business Partners to support managers in performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Provide support to Senior P&C Business Partners in guiding managers on hiring practices, ensuring equity and consistency.
  • Assist with workforce planning activities, including headcount tracking and resource allocation.
  • Support and engage in employee relations case management by gathering documentation and ensuring compliance across the USA and Canada.
  • Collaborate with P&C Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other P&C teams to deliver smooth onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Champion Prenuvo’s mission and values by reinforcing culture and engagement initiatives led by the Senior P&C Business Partners.
  • Help drive change management and communication efforts during organizational transitions and initiatives.
  • Utilize Business Partner reporting data to provide insights and summaries to support decision-making
  • Proactively flag trends, risks, or employee concerns to the P&C BP
  • Partner closely with P&C Operations as a first-line collaborator for common P&C questions or day-to-day requests.

  • The base salary for this role ranges from $90,000-$110,000 in local currency, depending upon experience
