About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced People Business Partner to sit at the table with senior leaders and managers, helping them solve real people challenges, shape high-performing teams, and lead change with confidence. You’ll be joining an established, high-performing global People team—but you’ll be the sole HR presence on the ground in our brand new Miami HQ. That means real ownership, real visibility, and the chance to shape how HR shows up in a new location from day one (with strong global backing behind you).

Requirements

  • Able to commit to working from our brand new Miami HQ 5 days a week.
  • 8+ years in HR / People Business Partnering roles—ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment.
  • Workday expertise (non-negotiable)
  • Hands-on experience supporting initiatives like merges, acquisitions, and organizational transformations.
  • A self-starter who's able to work while staying closely connected to a global team.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and how to apply it with commercial judgement.
  • Proven track record coaching and influencing managers at all levels, including executives.
  • Strong analytical ability—comfortable using people data to spot trends, shape narratives, and drive decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; you can flex your style across cultures and time zones.
  • Passionate about building culture, creating clarity, and helping people grow.

Responsibilities

  • Advising leaders like a pro on employee relations, performance, organisational design, and change—always practical, always human.
  • Supporting change and growth , whether that’s organisational restructures, leadership development, organisational evolution, or transformation.
  • Coaching managers to raise the bar on team effectiveness, leadership impact, and performance.
  • Navigating employment law with confidence, clarity, and commercial sense.
  • Communicating policies without the jargon —clear, accessible, culture-aligned, and always solution-first.
  • Using data to tell a story , turning workforce trends and engagement insights into actions leaders actually want to take.
  • Partnering with the wider People team to deliver a joined-up, high-impact employee experience.
