This is a unique strategic opportunity for an experienced People Business Partner to lead People initiatives for a specific business pillar, shape the culture, and help build and scale the People Business Partner team from the ground up. The role will require a high degree of self-sufficiency and ownership while partnering closely with senior managers and founders to drive a high-performance, high-talent-density organization. This is a strategic and operational generalist role touching on several core HR functions including business partnership, performance management, organizational design, and program design.
