About The Position

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Senior Clinic Operations Strategy Professional supports the creation and implementation of processes and programs to ensure the staff and facilities in markets are fully prepared for successful operations. The Senior Clinic Operations Strategy Professional works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. This role will report to the VP of Transformation Management Office The Senior Clinic Operations Strategy Professional will work in the Transformation Management Office to lead value creation work that spans Center Operating Model, Specialty Pathways, Complex Care, Growth/Retention, Administrative Opportunities, and Technology/ AI work. This role leads initiatives to analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources. Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret, and produce recommendations and plans based on company and external data analysis. Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 or more years of consulting, strategy or operational experience
• Healthcare experience
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
• Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
