The Senior Director, Strategy and Transformation provides leadership for executing the strategic direction of Global Customer Services (GCS) through program/portfolio management, digital transformation and continuous improvement principles. This role is accountable for driving GCS-level transformation, harmonizing global service delivery models, and embedding operational excellence across all functions. The incumbent will lead the development and deployment of advanced technology platforms—leveraging AI, automation, and digital innovation—while ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent additional relevant experience
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in PMO, Service, CI industries or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, build trust, and influence others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Travel may be required as part of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Organizational Transformation Execute on a comprehensive GCS strategy aligned with enterprise objectives and long-term growth ambitions. Lead strategic initiatives and transformation programs, ensuring delivery of substantial, quantifiable business outcomes. Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and collaboration that embraces change and accelerates organizational performance.
  • Global Service Model & Technology Enablement Own the design and harmonization of global service delivery models, ensuring consistency across regions and business lines. Drive the development and implementation of technology platforms to enable global service models, with AI and automation at the forefront. Champion digital transformation initiatives that enhance service delivery through automation, data-driven decision-making, and advanced analytics. Sponsor and oversee the engineering of innovative solutions from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Process Excellence & Compliance Governance Define, maintain, and deploy BD Excellence frameworks and standardized processes across all service functions. Monitor operational performance and compliance KPIs, initiating corrective actions and ensuring adherence to global regulatory requirements. Conduct comprehensive process analyses to identify improvement opportunities and implement data-driven solutions for efficiency and quality.
  • Transformation Program Management Lead the planning, execution, and governance of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivery of measurable results. Develop and maintain a multi-year transformation roadmap, securing stakeholder engagement and resource alignment. Continuously evaluate and refine transformation methodologies to enhance effectiveness and scalability.
  • People Leadership Provide leadership to a organization, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance aligned with the GCS strategy. Engage, inspire, and develop diverse teams through clear communication, coaching, and succession planning to build organizational capability and resilience. Champion employee engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with company values and driving a positive, innovative work environment across all regions.
