About The Position

Senior Patient Scheduler at Providence Seaside Hospital in Seaside, OR. Full-Time/Day Shift - Remote work The Imaging Support / Scheduler is accountable for scheduling various complex Imaging and Medical procedures (i.e. Interventional, Nuclear Medicine, Anesthesia, Short Stay and Admitting) by obtaining appropriate exam information, specialized equipment / resources and implant and current/historical medical information (ICD Coding, medical history, including allergies and patient demographic profile). Complexity of this position is evidenced by the use of intermediate and complex medical terminology and precise scheduling protocols to ensure compliance. Requirements

• 2 years in Medical and/or clerical experience.
• Demonstrated outstanding customer service experience

Nice To Haves

• Coursework/Training in Business or college courses.
• Diagnostic Imaging experience.
