Senior Patient Scheduler
About The Position
The Senior Patient Scheduler is responsible for coordinating various complex Imaging and Medical procedures )i.e. Interventional, Nuclear Medicine, MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Mammography, etc., Anesthesia) by obtaining appropriate exam information, specialized equipment/resources and implant and current/historical medical information (ICD coding, medical history, including allergies and patient demographic profile). Requirements
- 1 year - Medical scheduling experience preferably in Diagnostic Imaging
- 4 years - Medical clerical experience.
- 1 year - Demonstrated outstanding customer service experience.
